Company data separation
MantaMove scopes operational records to the company that owns them. Users work within their authorized company context.
Roles and permissions
Owners can control which areas and actions are available to each office employee.
Authentication and sessions
The service uses authenticated sessions and protected server-side configuration for sensitive credentials.
Payments
Subscription card details are handled by Stripe. MantaMove does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
AI processing
Ask Manta receives the question and only the knowledge needed to answer it. The public website assistant has no access to company accounts. Photo inventory sends prepared images for analysis and stores operational results in the company account.
