Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern access to MantaMove, a software service operated by iBox Moving LLC. By creating an account, requesting demo access, purchasing a subscription or using the service, you accept these Terms for yourself and the organization you represent.

2. The service

MantaMove provides software for moving-company operations. Features may include leads, jobs, dispatch, customer pages, teams, payroll calculations, fleet, warehouse, finance, communications, analytics and AI-assisted tools. We may improve or change features while preserving the service’s general purpose.

3. Accounts and authorized users

You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, maintain appropriate user permissions and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed by authorized users in your company account.

4. Customer data

You retain responsibility for the data entered into your account and must have the rights and lawful basis needed to collect and process it. You instruct MantaMove to process Customer Data to provide, secure and support the service. Do not upload unlawful content or information you are not authorized to use.

5. AI-assisted results

AI inventory, Ask Manta and other automated outputs are assistive tools. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not replace professional judgment, an on-site assessment or the moving company’s final estimate. You must review AI results before relying on them for pricing, vehicle selection, packing, staffing or safety decisions.

6. Free access, subscriptions and billing

MantaMove may provide 14 days of free demo access without a credit card. Free access does not automatically create a paid subscription.

Paid subscriptions are monthly or annual and renew until cancelled. Current prices and plan limits are shown on the website or at checkout. Stripe or another disclosed payment provider processes payments. Unless required by law, paid fees are not refundable after a billing period begins.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt security, reverse engineer protected components, upload malicious code, infringe rights, use the service unlawfully or use AI features to process prohibited content.

8. Third-party services

MantaMove may connect with payment, email, SMS, messaging, maps, AI and other providers. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change independently of MantaMove.

9. Availability and support

We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages, internet failures and events outside reasonable control may affect access. Support channels and response times may vary by plan and issue.

10. Intellectual property

MantaMove software, design, branding and documentation belong to or are licensed to iBox Moving LLC. These Terms grant a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service during an authorized demo or subscription.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and cancel renewal. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, material breach, security risk, unlawful use or harm to the service or others. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

12. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. MantaMove is not responsible for the moving services a customer provides, customer pricing decisions or losses caused by unreviewed AI results. To the extent permitted by law, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages are excluded.

13. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local law applies. Questions may be sent to hello@mantamove.com.
